Virginia is a phenomenal artist.
She does perfect permanent makeup. You won't believe the transformation. She anticipates your needs so you're always comfortable during the procedure. This is the second time that I've received permanent makeup from Virginia. It lasts about 4 and a half to 5 years and she did a fantastic job both times (i waited 8 years to do it again). She lets you work with her instead of her just working on you. You have a mirror and she checks in with you for every tweak so you are completely satisfied and there are no surprises. Permanent makeup by Virginia is worth every penny!

I saw her for permanant eyeliner and of course was very nervous about the procedure. She showed me an amazing trick to calm and relax myself that actually helped! Simply put Virginia is amazing! Thank you for such an awesome experience and making my morning routine so much better!

Virginia Rain Skin Care is very likely THE very best salon in West Seattle.
I have tried several other skin care people here in W. Seattle and it is clear that Virginia is a highly experienced and expert aesthetician.
Her salon is warm and inviting and Virginia is not only a skin care diva, but she is also personable and exudes confidence, care and comfort.
My first facial was excellent. She took a pertinent health history so she could understand my sensitive skin type and to know which kinds of products to use. Her treatment was top notch. My skin was vibrant and beautiful after the treatment!
After the facial, Virginia also treated my neck area, scalp, shoulders and upper back. This was better than the massage I had the day before!
I pass her salon every day to and from errands. I just decided to call her one day to make an appointment because I like how warm her salon looked and what a good feeling I received from her on the phone.
I have gone back several times already for facials and other skin care needs.
Virginia is simply special! I recommend her so highly!
